Good-looking wood that suits our Scandinavian-style flat.
We went for the XL because our Maine Coon is long and heavy, and he runs in it with plenty of room to stretch out.
It took 10 evenings of treats and a laser pointer before she ran on her own. Now she uses the wheel every morning.
Our Bengal is an average-sized adult, so L was the obvious choice. He burns off his evening zoomies on the wheel instead of the curtains.
Chose L for our 5 kg British Shorthair. The TPE rollers run smoothly and the gap is small enough that no paws get caught. The felt shed a few fibres in the first week, which soon settled down.
Easily the best thing we have bought for our indoor cat. She used to be restless every evening and pace around the flat meowing. Now she does a few sprints on the wheel after dinner, grooms herself and curls up on the sofa. My partner was sceptical about the price but has come round completely.
The felt track is quiet and gives good grip.
M is the right size for our 2 Siamese sisters, 6 months old. They take turns on it and chase each other round it.
Assembly took just over an hour on my own. The safety lock is a clever touch, so the wheel stays still when the kitten climbs in. It does take up a fair bit of floor space in our living room.
