Ubierz psa odpowiednio do warunków

Płaszcz przeciwdeszczowy, ocieplany płaszcz i kamizelka chłodząca działają inaczej.

Porównaj buty letnie z zimowymi butami wodoodpornymi, uwzględniając porę roku i konstrukcję. Zmierz łapy zgodnie z instrukcją i sprawdź największy istotny wymiar.

Measure every garment

Neck, chest, back length and paw dimensions are not interchangeable measurements. Check the chart on the winter coat separately from the chart on the raincoat. A familiar letter size in another brand or product is not enough to establish fit.

Allow natural movement

After fitting the cooling vest or other garment, check that your dog can walk and settle without rubbing or restriction. Fastenings should remain secure without being over-tightened. Recheck wet garments and growing dogs rather than treating the first fitting as permanent.

Choose functional details

Look at coverage, openings, materials and the intended environment before choosing a colour. A swimming-support jacket needs correct fit and close supervision, while summer footwear needs a paw-specific fit. Neither is a guarantee against the risks of its activity.

Care before storage

Read the label before washing technical fabrics, padded garments or decorations. The dog bathrobe and outdoor shoes have different care needs. Dry everything fully, check buckles and stitching, and reassess fit before returning an item to use after a season in storage.

Dog clothing and apparel: your questions answered

Nadal masz pytanie?

Can I use the same size across all dog clothes?

No. Compare the chart for each item. The raincoat, winter coat and footwear use different measurements and ranges, even when their size labels look familiar.

Does a cooling vest work like a normal coat?

No. The Detixy cooling vest is an evaporative design with wetting and rewetting instructions. It does not replace shade, drinking water or judgement about suitable conditions.

Are summer shoes and winter boots interchangeable?

Choose for the stated conditions and construction. The summer shoes and waterproof winter shoes serve different uses; fit both from the paw measurements requested.

Can a dog life jacket replace supervision?

No. The life jacket with chin float provides support, not a guarantee of safety. Use a correct fit, follow the instructions and supervise water activities closely.

Can my dog sleep in a festive costume?

Remove decorative costumes before sleep or unsupervised activity. The Christmas outfit is optional occasion wear, and should be taken off sooner if your dog is uncomfortable or tries to chew it.
